The Problem

GCL were looking for a robust long lasting exterior grade system which would allow convenient access to the yard by known drivers, in conjunction with access control into and within the offices building.

The Anchor Solution

For entry to and exit from the yard, Anchor installed Urmet stainless steel external units, providing video entry and Paxton proximity access control for pedestrians and drivers of vehicles. Dual-height posts on cranked arms facilitated use by both cars and the large construction vehicles using the site. Linked with this was a similar video call-panel at the offices' entranceway, with an automated main entrance door.

The outcome

GCL have enjoyed use of the system for some years, and expressed appreciation of the forethought that went into both the system design and the selection of hard wearing product.
